12:30pm in front of all your peers, taste makers, A&R's, managers and promoters. ONLY 7 SLOTS WILL BE OPEN!!!
PAYING THE FEE DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU GETTING ON STAGE. OUT OF ALL THE ENTRIES ONLY 7 ARTISTS WILL BE CHOSEN. THE EXTRA FEE WE'RE CHARGING TO EVERYONE SUBMITTING A SONG IS BEEN USED FOR STAFF PROCEDURE(OPENING EMAILS & LISTENING TIME)
GUIDELINES
- * You have to register and pay before submitting your song (Registration number will be needed)
- * Only 7 slots will be available
- * Only ONE submission per registrant will be necessary
- * Songs will have to be clean (No Profanity)
- * Each artists will be allowed 4 minutes on stage
- * Submissions will be open until June 1st 2010
- * A Follow up phone call from a member of Good Felaz Ent. & Management after the top 7 artists are selected for details and or questions
Artists will be judged 1-10 (10 being the best) on the following categories:
- * Originality (something new and fresh, doesn't sound like anything out there)
- * songwriting excellence
- * Engaging lyrics
- * creative use of language
- * effective and memorable melodies
- * overall songwriting technique
- * Quality (sounds are crisp,mixes; low end is thumping, etc.)
- * Overall Potential (does the artists have what it takes to get to the next level?)

This package gives you all benefits from the regular registrant plus the opportunity to sit down with major music label
A&R's and Celebrity Producers from the conference to listen to your tracks or demo.
The A&R's and Producers will give you feedback and evaluate your music as well (Evaluation Sheet). This package is open to artists and producers. ONLY 48 SLOTS WILL BE OPEN!!!
First come, first served. You will be able to pick the A&R or Producer of your choice by the order of your registration date on our account.
(A&R's and Producers will be announced soon for your pick)
Time Allotted
- * You get 10 minutes for your slot
- * 5 minutes will be utilize for listening of tracks/songs
- * 5 minutes will be utilize for feedback and evaluation from the A&R's and Producers

After you have completed the registration process and it has been APPROVED
You will receive an email confirmation withing a day for your registration. Your confirmation will have your unique 2010 BAPC number. Please print out that email confirmation and bring them with you to registration.
If you do not receive an email confirmation after you have completed all the steps of registration, contact us. Make sure to print or write your confirmation number.

General Registration - $80 per person. You can also register on location July 24, 2010 for $100 per person (CASH ONLY). This event invite is open to all ages. We encourage participants to buy tickets as early as possible.
